Who publishes this site, and who delivers the programmes
Two different organisations stand behind what you read here, and it matters which is which. A consultancy in Hong Kong writes the site and answers your enquiry. A separate, approved college in London teaches, marks and enrols. This page sets out both, and the money that passes between them.
Part oneWho publishes this site
level6diploma.org is published by LearnLoom Consultants. We are an independent recruitment agent for London School of Planning and Management (LSPM). That is a specific relationship with a specific meaning: we explain LSPM's Level 6 diplomas to people thinking of taking one, we help them work out whether the level and the subject are right, and, if they decide to go ahead, we introduce them to LSPM's admissions team. We are not part of LSPM, OTHM or Qualifi, and none of them operates this site.

The person responsible
The person responsible for the content of this site and for answering enquiries is Education adviser, LearnLoom Consultants. Corrections and complaints about the site are addressed to them by name; see the contact page.
Other sites we publish: level4diploma.org, level5diploma.org, level7diploma.org and level8diploma.org. Each covers one level of the Regulated Qualifications Framework and is written separately; they share a publisher, not their text.
How we are paid
LSPM pays us a fee when a learner we introduce enrols. You pay nothing extra for having come through this site: the fees you pay are LSPM's published fees, and they are the same whether you arrive by our introduction or by walking in off Ludgate Hill. Because we are paid on enrolment, every link from this site to LSPM is a commercial link and is marked as such in the page code, and every enquiry ends with a plain statement of what happens next rather than a push to apply.
What we do not do
- We do not teach any unit, mark any assignment or give academic feedback.
- We do not admit anyone. Admission decisions, including on the experience route, are LSPM's.
- We do not register learners with OTHM or Qualifi, and we do not issue certificates or transcripts.
- We do not set fees, intake dates, timetables or refund terms. Those are LSPM's, and where this site does not yet show them it says so.
- We do not hold or publish progression agreements with universities; where the site mentions them, it tells you to ask LSPM.
Part twoWho delivers the programmes
Every diploma described on this site is delivered by London School of Planning and Management, an approved centre of OTHM Qualifications and of Qualifi, at Office 7, 35-37 Ludgate Hill, London EC4M 7JN. Either awarding body will confirm its approval, and the awarding bodies page explains how to check it yourself.

What an approved centre does
An approved centre is the organisation the awarding body has inspected and licensed to run its qualifications. LSPM registers each learner with OTHM or Qualifi, employs the tutors, teaches the units, sets and marks the assignments against the awarding body's criteria, has that marking checked internally and then by the awarding body's external verifier, and applies for the certificate when the learner has passed. The contract for the course, the fee, the study, the feedback and the certificate are all between you and LSPM. If something goes wrong with any of them, LSPM's own complaints procedure applies, and behind it the awarding body's; the complaints page sets out both routes.
MethodHow this site is written
Every page separates three kinds of statement, and the design makes the seams visible.
- Facts from the awarding body
- Qualification title, Ofqual number, credit value, Total Qualification Time, Guided Learning Hours, unit titles and credits, and the entry requirements. We take these from the published specification and the Ofqual register on the date shown in each article's byline and cite them in the numbered notes at the foot of the page. Where a specification does not state a figure, the page prints "See specification" rather than an estimate of ours.
- Facts from LSPM
- Fees, durations, intake dates, study modes, timetables and progression agreements. Until LSPM confirms them, these appear as italic slots with a dashed underline, so that a reader can always see what is still to come, and the page tells you to ask LSPM.
- Our own editorial
- What a diploma is for, whom it suits and whom it does not, how the units fit together, what the top-up route involves and what learners we have referred have told us afterwards. This is opinion, formed by reading specifications closely and by advising applicants, and it is signed by the responsible person. It is not a description of LSPM's internal teaching practice, which we do not observe; where a page touches on sequencing or timetabling it says so and tells you to confirm with LSPM.
The site publishes no testimonials, no completion or employment statistics, no rankings and no university names. Photograph slots carry a caption describing the intended image; any that show premises belong to LSPM and are labelled as such.
PurposeWhy this site exists
People who have built careers without a degree are asked, again and again, whether a Level 6 diploma is one. Much of what they find online answers yes for commercial reasons. We have a commercial interest too, and the honest way to hold it is to answer the question accurately, explain the top-up route that makes a degree reachable from the diploma, and describe LSPM's fourteen Level 6 programmes in enough detail that a reader can rule one in or out without speaking to anybody. If they then speak to us, the conversation starts from the truth, and if the truth is that Level 6 is the wrong level for them, we say so and earn nothing.
Ask someone who will say if this is wrong for you
An independent adviser at LearnLoom Consultants, not LSPM's sales desk, replies within two working days. Then a short advice call, if you want one. Nothing is sold on it.
