Privacy notice
What the publisher of this site collects, why, where it is processed, who else receives it, how long it is kept, and what you can ask to have done about it. Written to be read, not skimmed past.
Who is responsible
This site is published by LearnLoom Consultants, of Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR. We act, on an independent basis, as recruitment agent for London School of Planning and Management (LSPM). For anything you send through this site, we are the data controller, and the person responsible for how we handle it is Education adviser, LearnLoom Consultants. If you go on to apply to LSPM, LSPM becomes a separate data controller for what it holds about you as an applicant and learner; its own privacy notice is shown on its application page and governs that relationship. Neither OTHM nor Qualifi receives anything from this site.
Where your data is processed
We are based in Hong Kong, and enquiries sent through this site are read and answered there. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, that is an international transfer of your personal data to a jurisdiction that the UK and the EU have not designated as offering equivalent protection. We rely on your explicit consent to that transfer, given by the box on the enquiry form after this notice has been made available to you, and we apply the following safeguards: enquiry data is held in access-controlled systems available only to the responsible person and staff who answer enquiries; it is used for no purpose other than those set out here; it is not sold, combined with other datasets or used for profiling; and we honour the rights described below to the standard of the UK GDPR regardless of where you live. If you would rather not have your data processed outside the UK, you may contact LSPM's admissions team directly in London, whose details are on the contact page.
What we collect, and why
- Enquiry form
- Name, email address, and whatever else you choose to give: telephone number, country, the programme you are asking about, study preferences and your message. We use it to answer your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to arrange a call. The legal basis is your consent, given by the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to a question you have put to us. The form also records the time the enquiry arrived, the page you came from and a short, one-way hash of your browser's identification string, to help recognise automated submissions.
- Server logs
- The hosting service records the address a request came from, the page requested, the time and the browser type, for security and to keep the site working. Logs are kept for a short, fixed period and are not used to identify individuals.
- Analytics
- The site may use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and understand which pages are read. It runs only if you choose "Allow analytics" in the notice at the foot of the page; until then no analytics script loads and no cookie is set. Your choice is stored in your browser, not on any server of ours, and can be changed by clearing site data. Where analytics is enabled it is configured to shorten your address and is not used for advertising. If the notice does not appear, analytics is not configured on this site at all.
- Live chat
- When live chat is enabled on this site, a chat widget supplied by London School of Planning and Management (LSPM), the approved centre, is loaded from its provider (webchat.saaclabs.com) on every page. The widget stores a session identifier in your browser's local storage and sends the address of the page you are on and the referring page to that provider so that a conversation can be continued across pages. Anything you type in the chat goes to LSPM's admissions team, not to us, and is handled under LSPM's own privacy notice.
Who else receives your details
- London School of Planning and Management
- If, after an enquiry, you tell us you want to proceed, we pass your name, contact details, the programme you are interested in and a summary of your enquiry to LSPM's admissions team at Office 7, 35-37 Ludgate Hill, London, EC4M 7JN, United Kingdom, so that they can assess your application and admit you if you meet the entry requirements. That is the only purpose. LSPM then holds those details as a controller in its own right, in the United Kingdom. We do not pass anything to LSPM until you have asked us to, and you can ask us to withdraw a referral at any time before you have applied.
- The referral fee
- LSPM pays us a fee when a learner we have introduced enrols. To pay it, LSPM tells us that the person we introduced has enrolled, which is a disclosure of your personal data from LSPM to us. Nothing else about your studies, results or fees comes back to us.
- Service providers
- The hosting company and, if configured, the email service that delivers enquiry notifications process data on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone other than LSPM as described above and the service providers who process data on our instructions.
- We do not add enquirers to a marketing list. If you hear from us, it is a reply to something you asked, or a follow-up you agreed to.
- We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or social-media embeds on this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a referral are deleted twelve months after the last correspondence. Where we have referred you to LSPM, we keep the referral record for six years after enrolment, because it is the basis of the fee and of our accounts, and then delete it. Server logs are kept for no more than ninety days. What LSPM keeps about you as a learner is governed by its notice, not this one.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we no longer need it, object to our processing it, and withdraw consent for anything based on consent, including the international transfer. contact us via Enquiry form or by post to LearnLoom Consultants, Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR, marking it for the attention of Education adviser, LearnLoom Consultants. We reply within one month. For data held by LSPM, write to LSPM at LSPM's website. If you are in the UK and are not satisfied you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk; in Hong Kong, to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data; in the EEA, to your national supervisory authority.

Programme pages link to awarding-body specifications, the Ofqual register, GOV.UK and the QAA. Those sites have their own privacy arrangements; this notice covers only level6diploma.org. The application page is LSPM's, on LSPM's own domain, and has its own notice, shown when you reach it.
Changes
The date of the current version is in the byline above. Substantive changes will be noted here for at least six months after they are made.
