The basis on which this website is provided by its publisher. Your contract for a course, if you take one, is with London School of Planning and Management and is governed by its terms, not by this page.
Who provides the site
level6diploma.org is published and operated by LearnLoom Consultants, a company whose registered address is Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR. We recruit, as an independent agent, for London School of Planning and Management (LSPM). References to "we", "us" and "the publisher" mean LearnLoom Consultants. The site is not operated by LSPM, OTHM or Qualifi, and nothing on it is published on their behalf.
What the publisher is, and is not
We describe Level 6 diplomas awarded by OTHM and Qualifi and delivered by LSPM, explain how they relate to bachelor's degrees, answer enquiries and introduce applicants to LSPM. We are not the provider of any course. We do not teach, assess, admit, register learners with an awarding body, issue certificates or set fees, and we have no authority to make commitments on LSPM's behalf about any of those things. LSPM pays us a fee when a learner we introduce enrols; the fees you pay LSPM are its published fees and are not increased by our involvement.
What the site is for
The site is information and advice. It is not an offer to enrol you, and nothing on it forms part of a contract for a course. An application made on LSPM's application page, and LSPM's written acceptance of it, form the contract for a programme, on LSPM's terms, which it will give you before you accept. Read them; they, not this page, govern fees, refunds, withdrawal, conduct and assessment. These terms govern only your use of this website.
Accuracy
Qualification facts are taken from the awarding bodies' specifications and the Ofqual register on the date stated on each page, and we correct them when they change. Where a fact that belongs to LSPM is not yet confirmed it is shown as a visibly marked slot. Editorial content is our opinion, given in good faith from reading the specifications and advising applicants; it is not a description of LSPM's internal practice, which we do not observe, and it is not advice about your individual circumstances. Decisions about admission rest with LSPM; decisions about a top-up or a job rest with that university or employer. If you rely on something here for an important decision, check the primary source cited or ask LSPM to confirm it in writing.
Your use of the site
You may read, print and quote reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use, with attribution to level6diploma.org. You may not reproduce whole pages, scrape the site to build a competing listing, submit false or automated enquiries, or attempt to interfere with the site's operation. Unit titles, credit values and other awarding-body facts remain the property of the respective awarding body; LSPM's name and marks remain LSPM's.

Liability
Nothing on this page limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the information here, from interruption of the site, or from the content of third-party sites linked to, and we are not liable for any act or omission of LSPM, OTHM or Qualifi, over whom we have no control.
Law
Because this site is addressed to learners in the United Kingdom, these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Nothing in this clause removes any protection you have as a consumer under the law of the country in which you live.
